Biography
Paul W. Ryan is a 2000 graduate of the University of Michigan, and a 2004 graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Mr. Ryan was a member of the trial team which secured the second highest jury verdict in Chicago in a Pregnancy Discrimination claim and Family and Medical Leave Act case, Buffone v. Rosebud Restaurants. Mr. Ryan litigates cases in federal court, state court, and in various state agencies which hear employment claims. He concentrates his practice in personal injury cases, wrongful death litigation, medical malpractice claims and a wide spectrum of employment discrimination cases, including age, gender, and race discrimination, as well as retaliation claims.
